LOG: [X86][GlobalIsel] Support G_INTRINSIC_TRUNC/G_FCEIL/G_FFLOOR (#156633)

This PR adds support for C/CPP Lib Intrinsic G_INTRINSIC_TRUNC/G_FCEIL/G_FFLOOR from LangRef in GlobalIsel.
