I'm not aware of any other LLVM documentation being licensed under a Creative Commons license, except for a few documents related to the code of conduct, as those were copied from under places and were already under a Creative Commons license.
Therefore, I think there should not be a license header here. If we'd want license headers in documentation, than I think that needs to be an orthogonal discussion.
