That's a bit tricky to use because the quarantine being enabled is using __scudo_default_options. We should probably add a combined test that properly initializes the quarantine in the test and then verifies the quarantine contains allocations.

That's why I did the check for stats only, it always works and won't break if the quarantine attributes don't change.
