Min, I think you're suggesting (in this exact case) Latency=4, ReleaseAtCycle=Get44816Latency<mx>.c right? Just want to make sure I'm not misreading you as that's what I'm suggesting to Mikhail offline.
I believe this unit is pipelined, so my question is basically on the best way to model that. :)
