Avoid blocking FMA formation on freeze(fmul x, y). Enable combining patterns like:

* freeze(x * y) + z → fma(x, y, z)

* z + freeze(x * y) → fma(x, y, z)

* freeze(x * y) - z → fma(x, y, -z)

* z - freeze(x * y) → fma(-x, y, z)

This improves precision and performance in common numerical code.
