Subject: [PATCH] [llvm][ADT] Some AddressRanges.h improvements
- Rename parameter to adhere to the project's parameter naming
convention.
- Remove redundant template argument.
- Remove redundant name-qualification.
- Change non-explicit conversion operator to an explicit one to avoid
surprising implicit conversions.
