One small NIT: let's make sure the [TimeProfiler] tag gets added to the commit title when we land it. It's currently only in the commit, but not in the GitHub PR title, so we might loose it when GitHub pushes the commit to main.

I believe @usx95 was about to push it, I'll leave it up to him.
