I realize that the tests are quite nonsensical, and will be reduced by dce and simplifycfg; I was, in fact trying my best to revert the nonsensical changes made by llvm-reduce. Unfortunately, since the bug is in the `canTruncateToMinimalBitwidth()` codepath, which won't be satisfied on an arbitrary variable, it is impossible to replace `0` by a variable and have the test crash.
