Subject: [PATCH] [KnownBits] Add KnownBits::absdiff to compute the absolute
difference of 2 unsigned values
Equivalent to "umax(A, B) - umin(A, B)"
This is just an initial correctness implementation, hopefully we can make this optimal in the future.
