- AMDGPU/NFC: Purge SOPK_ZEXT from TSFlags
  - Moved to helper function in SIInstInfo
- AMDGPU/NFC: Purge VOPAsmPrefer32Bit from TSFlags
  - This flag did not make sense / remnants of something else I think
