Added vop3 from-vop1 tests. Non-dpp from-vop1 ones need more work. It's still first steps with True16 here upstream, so I wouldn't generally expect that we add all the relevant and 'happened to be passing' tests right away. For GFX12 True16, I'm going to start looking into it this week, so shouldn't take long to get some coverage there as well.
