Good catch, this approach indeed doesn't work for non-pie executables. We would have to patch static relocations *and* make sure `.fini_array` is passed to JITLink, which it currently isn't iirc.

I think this could be implemented in a later patch, though, as all the binaries I'm currently testing with are pie.
