LOG: [DAGCombine] Fix an ICE in combineMinNumMaxNum(...)
65420c8041f4 introduced an ICE in combineMinNumMaxNum(...) when
combineMinNumMaxNumImpl(...) returns an SDValue(). Make sure to check that a
value is returned before trying to perform an FNEG on it.
