It's good to hear from you again jberdine!

I'm currently out of the hospital and recovering from a major surgery at home. I can work on this patch, but I should be understood to be a volunteer FOSS contributor doing this in my own free time. Due to my recovery process and frequent discomfort, I currently can't make guarantees about responding in a timely manner, and my recovery takes precedence over this patch (e.g. if I get stressed out and that negatively impacts my recovery). But perhaps working on this patch can distract me from my discomfort or make my day less monotonous.
