hmm the buildkite preflight is still broken, it seems Phabricator is stripping out the binary files from the diff.
My local diff is fine: F26250561: image.png <https://reviews.llvm.org/F26250561> but after downloading from this page, they are empty: F26250571: image.png <https://reviews.llvm.org/F26250571>
