I explicitely tested with main (from 5th of January), and not with 15.0.6.

Considering it works by leaving the builtins flag, I hardly see how the machine configuration could be bad.

Would that be possible for you to update the patch and test in on your configuration?
It's pretty easy to do versus configuring a whole machine from scratch for me.
