@MaskRay Thanks very much for your time. I'm new to linker development and still on my way learning all those arcane details and warts not normally relevant for other toolchain components I'm more familiar with.

I may be slow for revising this patch, due to day job, but I'll try finishing it some time before mid of December nevertheless.
