[PATCH] D136201: [InstCombine] Handle PHI nodes when eliminating constant memcpy

- Eliminated addrspace casts in the PointerReplacer::replace() function
- If the PHI node under inspection resides in the default addrspace, do not allow replacing a value which copied from a non-default addrspace.
