@Petar.Avramovic In the latest diffs, I don't change legalization rules from G_EXTRACT/INSERT_VECTOR_ELEMENT anymore, so it doesn't affect this patch
Instead I started D134870 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D134870> which adds combines to achieve the fma/mad_mix selection in D134354 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D134354>
