LOG: Refactor XCOFFObjectFile::getImportFileTable.

Summary:

  1. Refactor with XCOFFObjectFile::getImportFileTable with function getSectionFileOffsetToRawData instead of getLoaderSectionAddress

  2. Delete the function getLoaderSectionAddress.
