[PATCH] D134183: [WIP][RegCoalescer][TwoAddrInst] Keep undef subreg copies that are used in early-clobber insts

- Replaced the subreg copy with an implicit_def; This eliminates the new copies in the Thumb2 tests
- Reword a comment
