[PATCH] D131142: [InstCombine] Canonicalize ((x + C1) & C2) --> ((x & C2) + C1) ((x + C1) & C2) --> ((x & C2) + C1) ((x + C1) & C2) --> ((x & C2) + C1) for suitable constants C1 and C2.
