Not sure what to do about this one. We end up with a 'vector_shuffle<0,4,u,u,u,u,u,u>' that won't easily fold away. Elt 4 is known zero, so we could try to convert this into an AND, but my shuffle combine attempts to do that in the past have always caused a lot of regressions.
