@mstorsjo Thanks! I've reduced this to a crash in `-argpromotion`:

  efine void @caller() {
    call i32 @callee(ptr null)
    ret void
  }
  
  define internal void @callee(ptr %p) {
    ret void
  }

Similar issue with function type mismatch.
