hubert.reinterpretcast added inline comments.

================
Comment at: llvm/docs/ResponseGuide.rst:105
+* Give them the opportunity to state their view of the incident.
+* Explain the possible resolutions that may be enforced should the CoCc determine there is a breach.
+
----------------
"CoCc" is not used anywhere else in this patch.
s/CoCc/CoC Committee/;

================
Comment at: llvm/docs/ResponseGuide.rst:107
+
+The reportee will be given 3 days to respond with the option to request additional time if needed and subject to approval of the CoC Committee.
+
----------------
Should this be business days with consideration for the locality, etc. of the reportee?

================
Comment at: llvm/docs/ResponseGuide.rst:126
+* Immediately ending any volunteer responsibilities and privileges the reportee holds.
+* An imposed suspension (i.e. asking someone to “take a week off” from mailing lists, bug tracker, IRC, Discord, repositories, or other communication forms).
+* A permanent or temporary ban from some or all LLVM Project spaces (online or in person).
----------------
I'm not sure what style guide supports it, but other instances in this patch uses "ie.". It seems to me that most of the uses introduce examples though (so "e.g." may be more appropriate).
