LOG: [X86] Extend xor-lea test coverage
Add XOR(ADD/SUB(X,Y),MIN_SIGNED_VALUE) tests and adjust some XOR(SHL(X,C),MIN_SIGNED_VALUE) shifts to better match LEA scales
