[llvm] cf0357a - [BasicBlockUtils] Fix typo in API name (NFC)

LOG: [BasicBlockUtils] Fix typo in API name (NFC)

detatch -> detach. As this requires touching all uses, also
lower-case it in accordance with the style guide.
