LOG: AMDGPU: Remove AMDGPUFixFunctionBitcasts pass

This was a workaround for not supporting indirect calls when
instcombine didn't eliminate constant expression casts of the callee
at -O0. Indirect calls are supposed to work now, so drop the hack.
