- Fix for openmp runtime issuse is committed (https://reviews.llvm.org/D108971)
- By applying above fix (https://reviews.llvm.org/D108971) and by reverting the https://reviews.llvm.org/D104962, I have triggered the internal COMBO PSDB test. The test is green.
