[PATCH] D104854: Introduce intrinsic llvm.isnan

Added tests and changed check for legality of SETCC

- Added tests for InstCombine,
- Modified condition that checks for lowering of SETCC. Now the check only analyze SETCC for scalar type. It results in better code in most cases.
