[PATCH] D103015: [NFC] Add CHECK lines for unordered FP reductions

An additional RUN line has been added to both strict-fadd.ll &
scalable-strict-fadd.ll to ensure the correct behaviour of these
tests where `-enable-strict-reductions` is false.
