Funny but I've hit this deadlock (LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB, LLD_DEFAULT_LD_LLD_IS_MINGW and shared libc++) last week in single LLD unit test. It never reproduced despite dozen of LLD testsuite runs.
