Revision 8. Moved the call to UpdateCorpusDistribution from ChooseUnitToMutate to ChooseUnitIdxToMutate and removed some nits.

  make -j 32 FuzzerUnitTests && \
  projects/compiler-rt/lib/fuzzer/tests/Fuzzer-x86_64-Test

returns with

  [==========] 40 tests from 9 test cases ran. (408 ms total)
  [  PASSED  ] 40 tests.
