[PATCH] D77624: [PowerPC] Update alignment for RLI in LowerFP_TO_INTForReuse

In LowerFP_TO_INTForReuse, when emitting `stfiwx`, alignment of 4 is
set for the `MachineMemOperand`, but RLI's alignment is not updated
for following loads.
