[PATCH] D75833: [RISCV] Support RISC-V ELF attribute section in llvm-readobj

Consider grouping some `llvm-readobj/ELF/RISCV/invalid-*.test` tests together. We can make `Content` a template.

If we decide to use llvm-readobj -A as a canonical testing tool, we should delete duplicated unittests (`llvm/unittests`)
