[PATCH] D74737: [MLIR Documentation update] Fix a broken link in Linalg.md

The main source of the docs is mlir.llvm.org and should read well there (e.g., there are inconsistencies between generated docs there and how github displays it, we aim to have the main website render correctly and best effort github side as much as we can make it render correctly). This link would take folks away from the docs and to github instead.

This link does need to be updated & It seems there is a bug with the hugo generation there (prior art section heading seems missing). But fixing it so that the main source of docs are correct would be great, thanks :)
