LGTM, since it's the same as what was done for other unsupported platforms in D73990 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D73990>. There might be some equivalent to `RTLD_DI_LINKMAP` in Android, but I think it's fine to look into that as a potential follow-up, and to commit this for now to unbreak Android runtimes builds.
