Summary:
Implements the following intrinsics:
- sqrdmlah, sqrdmlsh, sqrdmulh & sqdmulh
- [s|u]hadd, [s|u]hsub, [s|u]rhadd & [s|u]hsubr
- urecpe, ursqrte, sqabs & sqneg
