Log:
[PowerPC][XCOFF] Remove basic test. [NFC]

Test verified that we could compile an empty module and produce an XCOFF
object file. Newer tests superssed this coverage, its safe to remove.

Removed:
    llvm/trunk/test/CodeGen/PowerPC/aix-xcoff-basic.ll
