[llvm] r370648 - [DebugInfo] LiveDebugValues: correctly discriminate kinds of variable locations

Misery: this was actually https://reviews.llvm.org/D58450 being
committed, but due to a fat-fingered error, I failed to flush a buffer
with the correct commit message and phab link, and this commit got a
stale version :/.

Sorry for the noise, I'm aware history can't easily be corrected, I'll
scatter links back to the correct review for future source
archaeologists.
