[PATCH] D63972: [CodeGen] Do the Simple Early Return in block-placement pass to optimize the blocks

The old patch has the memory leak error.
The new patch fix the memory leak error by using:
FunctionChain.remove(TBB);
BlockToChain.erase(TBB);
instead
F->remove(TBB);
