Could you be more specific about the issues you're referring to? I wasn't following https://reviews.llvm.org/D63104 closely, but from a cursory look, it seems like Greg addressed all the comments, got a LGTM from Jake, committed it, and then got more comments after the review. Those comments should also be addressed, of course, but that necessarily has to be a follow-up.

Regardless, if you feel like there were unaddressed comments when the review was committed, pointing them out on the review and asking for a revert depending on their severity seems like the appropriate course of action.

Many issues in D63104 were unaddressed when it was committed. I think D63104 should also be reverted if my r364634 and r364637 are to be reverted.

There's reasons the original code was written the way it was; it's certainly possible there's potential for simplification, but we should discuss those simplifications in a review (and make sure those simplifications don't conflict with any intended design decisions or complicate any planned follow-ups) instead of just committing them. Pre-commit review is more appropriate than post-commit review here IMO.

    Delete unnecessary getters of AddressRange.
    Simplify AddressRange::size(): Start <= End check should be checked in an upper layer.

    Simplify AddressRanges::insert. Delete commented code. Fix it when more than 1 ranges are to be deleted.
    Delete trailing newline.
