Sorry for the holdup.

@bjope D61411 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D61411> addresses the LLVM_ERROR from expanding ADDCARRY, so now we can compile the test for all triples you brought up before. Also updated the tests to reflect these changes, and am still able to confirm on my end that the intrinsic produces the correct results.
