This change broke most of the buildbots:

lib/CodeGen/LexicalScopes.cpp:176: llvm::LexicalScope *llvm::LexicalScopes::getOrCreateRegularScope(const llvm::DILocalScope *): Assertion `cast<DISubprogram>(Scope)->describes(&MF->getFunction())' failed.

I am going to revert it.
