Hi Carlos,
I've stumbled on a case where the verifier complains with this change.
With
opt -S -o - bbi-23595.ll -simplifycfg
you get
llvm.dbg.label intrinsic requires a !dbg attachment

So simplifycfg has dropped the !dbg from the dbg.label, but kept the
instruction itself.
