[InstCombine][AMDGPU] Handle more buffer intrinsics

Summary:
Include the following intrinsics in the InsctCombine
simplification:

* amdgcn_raw_buffer_load
* amdgcn_raw_buffer_load_format
* amdgcn_struct_buffer_load
* amdgcn_struct_buffer_load_format
