Thanks for letting me know, Pavel!

Looking into this now, and my first attempt at reproducing this didn't seem
to show the behavior you're seeing (& indeed if it had done so across the
board I'd expect we would've seen some other test failures). Perhaps there
are some other parameters being passed I would need to use to reproduce
this?
