Hello! We've discovered a regression <https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/56849> in the Rust project from this commit, and I've opened a dedicated LLVM bug for that as well <https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40045>, and figured it'd be good to mention here as well!
