[llvm] r346978 - [BinaryFormat] Add MsgPackTypes

That sounds likely. I am building with -DLLVM_ENABLE_MODULES=On now to 
see for myself, but any hints about what I missed would be helpful. I'm 
not very familiar with C++ modules. Is the relevant file 
include/llvm/module.modulemap ?
