[llvm] r340583 - DebugInfo: Improve debug location merging

I uploaded a unittest that demonstrates the issue to https://reviews.llvm.org/D51238 <https://reviews.llvm.org/D51238>. If we can't resolve this today it would be great if we could revert the patch until we have a fix.
